5:00pm - 8:00pm Fields Open for walking.

6:00pm - 8:00pm - Player ID Pick up and Team Check.

Sunday

6:30am - 7:45am - Player ID Pick up and Team Check in.

6:30am - 8:00am - Fields Open for walking.

7:45am - Captains Meeting.  All team captains must attend the meeting.

7:45am-Team Check in and registration is closed to all teams.

8:00am - Tournament Play Begins. Preliminary rounds.

-All 3-MAN and 5-MAN RaceTo-2 matches will begin.

4:00pm - Awards ceremony

When Will my team Play?

All 3-Man teams will always play on Sundays during the 2012 series.  The RaceTo-2 matches will begin at 8:00am

When Should my team arrive?

If you do not currently hold a 2012 EPL ID card, you should arrive at the field on the Saturday preceding the event. This will allow you time to pick up your ID card without having to wait in a long line on the day of the tournament (Sundays).

If you currently hold a 2012 EPL ID card, you can arrive anytime before 7:00 am on the day of the event.  It is highly recommended that you arrive early enough to get your entire team checked in at the registration area.  

When can my team check in at the registration area?

Your team can check in at the registration area on the Saturday preceding the event or before 7:45am on the day of the event.
