2010 Media Pass Information

The EPL will provide media passes to those individuals that meet the Eastern Paintball League’s standards.  Individuals and business may submit their information to the league for consideration.  The submitted information will be reviewed and decision will be presented to the individual within 3 business days.  All information must be received 2 weeks prior to an EPL event.  Once a media pass is issued, that media pass is valid for the 2010 series.   The amount of media passes will be limited at each event.  Media passes will cost $10.00 to cover any printing costs.

Photographers

Video Production Crews

Reporters

Media pass requirements:

Submit contact information to the EPL two weeks prior to an event.

Personnel cannot appear on an EPL roster at the event being covered.

A professional appearance must be maintained.

Provide a professional Web site (linked to and from the EPL web site).

Media logos need to be submitted to the EPL one week after the media pass is approved.

Media Vendors:

Vendors will be allowed at all EPL events.  All individuals or business who wish to purchase a media vendor booth should contact the EPL via email to make payment arrangements.  Media vendor booths are $100.00 per event or $500.00 per year. Info@eplseries.com
