EPL Prize List Information

 

Definition of EPL terminology:

Conference events – The EPL is divided into 2 conferences, the EPL North and the EPL South.  Each conference plays 5 (five) events during the 2010 series. Conference events are open to all teams ranked division 3 or lower.  A team can play one conference event or up to all conference events.

 

Championship event – The EPL championship event is called the East Coast Cup.  Teams who have played in at least 4 (four) EPL conference events will be invited to participate in the EPL championship event.

 

 

EPL prize list policy:

All conference prizes are based on team participation. The 2010 EPL conference prize list is based on 7 (seven) teams or more per division.  If 6 (six) teams or less participate in any 2010 EPL conference event, the conference prize list will be reduced by 50 percent.

 

All championship (East Coast Cup) event prizes are based on team participation.  The 2010 EPL championship prize list is based on 7 (seven) teams or more per division and per conference (EPL North and EPL South).  If 6 (six) teams of less participate in any 2010 EPL conference event, the championship prize list will be reduced by 50 percent.  Additionally, if 6 (six) teams or less participate in more than one 2010 EPL conference event, the championship prize list will be eliminated and replaced by the standard EPL conference prize list and policy.

 

All prizes are subject to change.  Any prize changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to an event.

Can my team compete in both conferences?  

Yes

 

If my teams competes in both conferences, can we count them towards our required 4 (four) events to participate in the East Coast Cup?

Yes

 

Can my team participate in a single conference event and still be eligible for conference prizes?

Yes

 

Can my team participate in the East Coast Cup if we have less than 4 (four) EPL conference events?

Yes, however you will not be eligible for the championship prize list.  Your team would only compete for trophies.
