· We realize that not all teams shoot the same out. We also know that paint cost is important to some; therefore, we have left your paint decision up to you. Never will the requirement of having to buy field paint be an excuse for losing at the EPL. The EPL does offer discounted rates for tournament paint, but we respect the decision of teams to shoot different flavors from different suppliers.
Certified Ref Staff -
· Not only did the EPL break the mold, set by other leagues, by bringing in paid referees, they also insured that the same referees were at each event. By insuring the players of what to expect from the referee staff, players are now able to concentrate on playing their game. No more worrying about who the local ref staff is and who they want to win. Nothing but unbiased and professional reffing is what you can expect from the EPL in 2010.
Truly Mirrored Layouts
· Each field is laid and marked to the inch when it comes to bunker placement. Each field is exactly the same on each side, so no matter what end you start from, you can expect the same on the other end.
Clean Bunkers
· Nothing is worse than deflating bunkers or different shapes on the other side of the field. Insuring that you get to play on clean and symmetrical fields is priority number one.
APPA used for ranking players
· ID cards appear useless but are a necessary evil that keeps all the sandbaggers away. If you want to play in a league that follows a national ranked system and not one that just puts your picture on a card, you are going to want to play the EPL. We track players from all the nationally and regionally ranked events to insure that players are in divisions they are meant to be in.
Prize packages include paint
· What one thing as a player are you always in need of? Most all prize packages from tournaments end up on EBAY or in the bottom of your closet. Paint is the one necessity that a player can never have enough of.
Events are held at different locations
· Playing at the same location can get boring. Sometimes a new venue is what it takes to bring out the best in a player.
No mixing of Divisions in RaceTo-
· Never will you have to worry about playing teams from another division due to scheduling conflicts. The EPL insures that player experience is always matched the same to insure true competitiveness.
Field layouts are presented online in a 3-
· Advance layouts of a field design are very important to some players. Being able to practice on the same field layout prior to competition is sometimes the extra edge a team might need.
Media Coverage at all events
· Sometimes seeing your face in the magazine makes it all worth while. The EPL receives noticeable media coverage from all the major magazines, it’s own thread on PB Nation as well as it’s own message boards on www.eplseries.com.
We offer Cheaper alternative to National events.
· Playing in the big show is fun, but as most of you know, it’s also expensive. The EPL follows all guidelines of the PSP and the Race to 2 format. Several EPL teams had podium finishes at the PSP World Cup which were prime examples of the type of competition the EPL consists of.
The League is divided into 2 conferences.
Both conferences play each other at the end of the year.
· It’s hard to know just how good you are when playing the same teams all year. By combining the two conferences we are providing a measuring stick for you to gauge just how good you really are.
